HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order.
How can I track my order? (Domestic and International)
There are different ways to check the tracking information for your package:
- To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
- If you have an account with us, you can view your orders and tracking information on the My Account Page.
- Go to www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
